V. PUBLIC COMMENT

Minutes:
Ken White from the Salvation Army Advisory Board would like to work with MPUSD to create a recreational area for the neighborhood children and school students at the vacant parcel the district owns on Costra Costa and Sonoma Street in Seaside.

VI. PUBLIC AGENCY COMMUNICATIONS

Minutes:
Seaside City Council member Dave Pacheco thanked Dr. PK Diffenbaugh and Board members for attending the city council meeting and providing an update. The City of Seaside donated $3,000 to the Seaside High School Cheer leading team and $3,000 to one of the Seaside High School sports program. Both donations were made from the Mayor's Youth Fund.
