Proposition 28, the Arts and Music in Schools (AMS) Funding Guarantee and Accountability Act, provides annual funding to California public schools to support arts education programs.

In accordance with Proposition 28 annual reporting requirements, Monterey Peninsula Unified School District provides information regarding the use of Arts and Music in Schools funding, including programs supported, staffing, students served and school sites providing arts education.
