At MPUSD, we are committed to honoring and celebrating the diversity of our students, staff, and families. During a recent Board of Education meeting, the Board adopted a resolution recognizing June 2026 as Pride Month and acknowledged students, teachers, and staff who help foster inclusive and supportive school communities.

Our school district will also participate in the City of Monterey’s Pride Parade on Saturday, June 27. Students, teachers, and staff will wear special t-shirts and walk with pride!
