Free & Reduced Meal Applications
1. Each household must complete a new Alternative Income Form each year, only one form per household is needed. Make sure to list all household members.
2. Completion of the Form qualifies both the District and your child's (children) school site for state funding, as well as may qualify your household for benefits through utility and other household companies/businesses.
3. You may choose to submit a paper Form to your child's school or scan your completed Form to Donette Kraft at firstname.lastname@example.org.
