School Attendance Areas

 
Students are assigned to a home school according to their street address. To find which school your child will attend (elementarymiddle or high) enter your address into our School Finder app. This system will identify your home school.
 
The Monterey Peninsula Unified School District comprises 17 schools (6 elementary, 4 Transitional Kindergarten - 8th grade, 2 junior high with 7th and 8th grade, 1 junior high with 8th grade, three comprehensive high schools and one alternative education high school). The district encompasses the cities of Marina, Monterey and Seaside, including the communities of Del Rey Oaks and Sand City.
 
MPUSD enrolls approximately 9,800 students in grades transitional kindergarten - 8th, and offers preschool options in Marina and Seaside. We also offer a robust Adult Education program and comprehensive after school programs called Expanded Learning Opportunities.
