2022-2023 Transportation Busing Changes

Please note: Due to the school closures, boundary and bell time changes, there have been changes to our routes.

Bus Stop Location Change: effective Wednesday, August 17th the stop at Kimball and San Lucas at the stairwell behind Del Rey Woods school will change to Tweed at Kimball on the back side of Del Rey Woods.

Additionally, the drop off time for the afternoon bus stop on Route C Colton School for Montecito Park will change to 3:25pm on regular school days and 1:45pm on Wednesdays effective Monday, August 22nd.

Foothill and Highland Elementary are closed: No services

Stops for Foothill are now servicing La Mesa & Monte Vista Elementary Schools

Monterey High School boundary has been changed: The area south of Hilby now resides within the Seaside High School boundary area. For the time being, busing will still be provided from Kimball and San Lucas by the stairs on the back side of Del Rey Woods Elementary and at Elm and Contra Costa by the Salvation Army.

Marina Vista/Crumpton Elementary/Los Arboles Middle: Schoonover/Holovitz stop is now at Schoonover/Combs and the Preston/Ready stop is now at Abrams/Preston

Additional District Changes to Note:

Effective 2022-23 school year the state of California has mandated that high school start no earlier than 8:30am and middle school 8:00am. Our school bell times are the following:

High School: 8:30am to 3:25pm and 2:40pm release on Wednesday

7th & 8th Grade: 8:35am to 3:10pm and 1:30pm release on Wednesday

Elementary(K-8th) 8:00am to 2:25pm and 12:50pm release on Wednesday
