MPUSD Families:
Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! We hope you and your family enjoyed a restful and enjoyable summer break.
With your continued support, MPUSD has emerged as a leader in innovation and creativity. We are not only engaging students in profound learning experiences and preparing them to tackle future challenges, but we are also continuing the MPUSD Way and setting high standards for supporting students, their families, and our dedicated teachers and staff.
This year’s theme is ‘Incite Excellence. Inspire Change.’ We are committed to excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. Through our collective actions we seek to inspire positive changes for our students, families, teachers, staff, and community.
The MPUSD team is fully prepared to engage students with outstanding teaching and learning, equipping them with the necessary tools and strategies to succeed and achieve their aspirations.
Throughout the summer, many of our teachers and staff dedicated countless hours to professional learning and development, which will enhance our classrooms and schools. MPUSD takes pride in fostering positive relationships, safety, belonging, and a strong sense of community for every student. This year, we will continue to offer district and school-wide events and activities to engage and inform families, building on our existing connections and gaining a deeper understanding of our students' and families' needs and desires.
It is an honor to serve as your superintendent. Each day, I am inspired and humbled by our students, families, and staff. As we embark on our 11th year together, I look forward to our continued partnership. My door, and that of the Cabinet team, is always open for questions and feedback. ¡Bienvenidos al año escolar 2024-2025! Esperamos que usted y su familia hayan disfrutado de unas relajantes y agradables vacaciones de verano.
Con su continuo apoyo, MPUSD se ha convertido en un líder en innovación y creatividad. No solo estamos involucrando a los estudiantes en experiencias de aprendizaje profundo y preparándolos para enfrentar desafíos futuros, sino que también continuamos con el estilo MPUSD y establecimos altos estándares para apoyar a los estudiantes, sus familias y nuestros dedicados maestros y personal.
El tema de este año es "Incitar a la excelencia". Inspire Change”. Estamos comprometidos con la excelencia y fomentando una cultura de mejora continua y adaptabilidad. A través de nuestras acciones colectivas buscamos inspirar cambios positivos para nuestros estudiantes, familias, maestros, personal y comunidad.
El equipo de MPUSD está completamente preparado para involucrar a los estudiantes con una enseñanza y aprendizaje sobresalientes, equipándolos con las herramientas y estrategias necesarias para tener éxito y lograr sus aspiraciones.
A lo largo del verano, muchos de nuestros maestros y personal dedicaron innumerables horas al aprendizaje y desarrollo profesional, lo que mejorará nuestras aulas y escuelas. MPUSD se enorgullece de fomentar relaciones positivas, seguridad, pertenencia y un fuerte sentido de comunidad para cada estudiante. Este año, continuaremos ofreciendo eventos y actividades a nivel distrital y escolar para involucrar e informar a las familias, aprovechando nuestras conexiones existentes y obteniendo una comprensión más profunda de las necesidades y deseos de nuestros estudiantes y familias.
Es un honor servir como su superintendente. Cada día, nuestros estudiantes, familias y personal me inspiran y me honran. Al embarcarnos en nuestro undécimo año juntos, espero que nuestra asociación continúe. Mi puerta, y la del equipo del Gabinete, siempre está abierta para preguntas y comentarios.
