Monterey High School to Break Ground on Lower Field and Stadium Project

Monterey, CA - The Monterey Peninsula Unified School District and Monterey High School will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the high school's lower field and stadium project on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.

 

The event will take place on the lower field below the high school's current stadium and adjacent to the MPUSD District Office located off 700 Pacific Street (enter off Logan Lane).

 

Event includes performance by the Monterey High School Choir and speaking by Superintendent PK Diffenbaugh, Principal Tom Newton, former Monterey High School teacher and football coach Dan Albert, Sr., and student athletes.
