October is National School Principals Month, a time to recognize and honor the dedicated leaders who guide our schools with passion, perseverance, and heart. At MPUSD, our principals are the backbone of our campuses supporting students, empowering staff, and building community every single day.
From early morning greetings at the school gate to late-night events and planning, our principals wear countless hats: instructional leaders, problem solvers, mentors, motivators, and above all, champions for student success.
To highlight their leadership (and show a bit of their lighter side), we invited our principals to join us in a fun video. It’s just a small glimpse into the spirit they bring to their roles and a reminder that joy and connection are part of what make our school communities strong.
Note: Not all of our principals are featured in the video below as it was voluntary, but we want to recognize and celebrate every one of them. You’ll find a full list of our incredible MPUSD principals below.
A heartfelt thank you to our principals for all you do. You make a difference every day.
