Notice of Public Hearing

 

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees (“Board”) of the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District (“District”) at its regular meeting to be held on January 24, 2023, will hold a Public Hearing and consider adopting a resolution to levy and collect Level 1 school facilities fees pursuant to Government Code Sections 65995 et seq.

The proposed amounts of the fees per square foot are as set forth in the Resolution and Needs Analysis on file and available for public review at the District offices located at 700 Pacific Street, Monterey, California and is herein incorporated by reference, and is also posted on the District’s website at www.mpusd.net .

The January 24th meeting of the District will begin at 6:30 p.m. located at the District Service Center, 540 Canyon Del Rey, Del Rey Oaks, California. These matters will be considered at such time as this agenda item is considered by the Board of the District.
