The District performed a full Environmental Impact Report (EIR) on the planned Monterey High School Dan Albert Stadium project that consists of a lower softball and multi-use field, a multi-purpose weight room, added visitor bleachers, a new press box, improved accessible seating and safety features, and permanent lighting to the Dan Albert Stadium. The final EIR and project will be on the agenda for consideration of approval by the MPUSD Board of Education on July 27th, 2021.
