Become a Teacher Through MPUSD’s Paid Residency Program

The Monterey Peninsula Unified School District (MPUSD) is excited to continue its partnership with Alder Graduate School of Education (Alder GSE) to offer a one-year, paid Teacher Residency Program. This unique opportunity allows aspiring educators to earn both a teaching credential and a Master’s Degree in just 12 month, all while gaining hands-on experience in MPUSD classrooms.

Whether you’re just starting your path in education or making a career change, MPUSD’s Teacher Residency with Alder GSE is a powerful way to begin your journey as a teacher earning your credential, your degree, and real-world classroom experience, all in one year.

Why Choose the MPUSD and Alder GSE Residency?
