“Children are our most precious gifts.” Children are our hope for a better tomorrow. I am a retired elementary school teacher and the mother of a child who is a successful graduate of the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District. I am confident MPUSD can provide a nurturing, challenging, comprehensive, and stimulating curriculum that will enable our students to reach their highest potential.
As a Board member, I am dedicated to seeing that each student receives the education and services that will prepare him or her to become a successful, responsible, and contributing individual in our global economy.

Master of Arts in Elementary Education from San Jose State University, Ca.
